Refunds

Refund within 14 days, as long as you haven't downloaded the labs and have read no more than 2 paid steps. Duplicate purchases and technical problems are always refunded.

• A paid step counts as read once it's opened. Step 1 is free and never counts.
• For bundles, the limits apply across the whole bundle: no labs downloaded from any volume, and 2 paid steps in total.
• Your account's Purchases page shows whether each purchase can still be refunded.
• Ask by emailing help@readcutaway.com or from Purchases. Access ends when the refund is processed.
